Dopo tanto girovagare i Pumpkins tornano nella loro terra natia per un lungo tour che toccherà le maggiori città degli Stati Uniti. Per ora la band non fa tappa a Chicago.

Il 30 ottobre 2007 Jimmy Chamberlin viene ricoverato all'ospedale di Atlanta per un malore al petto.
Nonostante la preoccupazione iniziale viene appurato in tempi brevi che non si tratta di nulla di grave. I medici consigliano una settimana di riposo; il tour continua con una semplice posticipazione delle date.
